As a Sous Chef at Guinness Open Gate Brewery, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary team, assisting with menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $68,000 to $74,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
