As an SEO Manager, you will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of organic search campaigns across multiple locations, focusing on both local and franchise SEO initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content strategies, improve technical SEO, and monitor performance analytics to maximize organic visibility. This role offers the opportunity to shape SEO processes, mentor team members, and influence the online presence of multiple clients. Working remotely, you will engage with global teams and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives. Accountabilities

• Develop and manage content and SEO strategies tailored to multi-location and franchise clients.
• Oversee the implementation of linking strategies and on-page optimization for client websites.
• Conduct technical site audits, provide actionable recommendations, and support website SEO improvements.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to demonstrate SEO impact to clients.
• Mentor and support SEO team members, streamlining processes to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of SEO projects within budget, resolving potential impediments proactively.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO strategy and campaign implementation.
• Proven expertise in local and franchise SEO management.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in managing multi-location and national SEO programs.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, link-building strategies, and content optimization.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities for complex SEO challenges.
• Experience with project management and cross-department collaboration.
• Commitment to staying updated on SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
