Rooms Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rooms Attendant to join our team! As a Rooms Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for new arrivals. We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent service and maintains high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are stocked and maintained according to hotel standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
• Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and public spaces as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. as needed.
