Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (based on experience and shift)

In 2018, we expanded our impact with Residential Habilitation (Supported Living) services, helping clients thrive in their homes and communities.

What You’ll Do:

As a Residential Support Staff, you’ll support high-functioning clients with daily living skills, offering both independence and encouragement. Your days might include:

• Helping with budgeting and managing routines
• Cooking and meal prep
• Assisting with medications
• Maintaining a clean and safe home
• Modeling healthy choices and decision-making
• Going on fun outings—shopping, movies, bowling, you name it!

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A clean background check
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance (we reimburse mileage!)
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (we’ll help with that!)
• A kind heart, a sense of humor, and the ability to handle occasional challenges with grace

Current Openings:

Weekends: 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm

Monday-Friday: 2pm-10pm
