We handle the rest! • Prospect for leads • Set appointments • Conduct individual client needs analysis • Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified • Identify homes to show that meet the criteria. • Schedule showings • Write and submit offers • Promptly return all client communications • Provide clients with pricing information and market research • Communicate with the administrative team • Attend team meetings and training • Set and hold listing appointments • Develop your own client sphere • Participate in Social Media challenges Qualifications: The only thing you must bring to the table is your PA Real Estate License.
