Patient Enrollment Specialist (REMOTE) Location Remote in Las Vegas, NV :

PharmD Live is a rapidly growing healthcare startup that focuses on delivering high-quality patient care via board-certified clinical pharmacists. As an Enrollment Specialist at PharmD Live, you will be responsible for communicating the value of Chronic Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other clinical programs to patients remotely to patients using our technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, able to communicate clearly and effectively to patients on the phone, capable of closing sales quickly and efficiently in a one-call scenario, and will enjoy new challenges and a fast-paced environment. This is an inside sales position requiring high call volume and a results-oriented mindset.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Calling patients to explain the benefits of PharmD Live solutions and enroll them in our programs.

• Scheduling patient appointments with our clinicians.

• Handling inbound patient inquiries and responding to voice mail or emails as needed.

• Contact physician offices or other healthcare providers as needed.

• Working collaboratively with other departments within the company to improve service delivery and maximize efficiency.
• Assist with billing activities

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of direct sales experience required

• Prior call center or telephone customer service experience preferred

• Healthcare or medical sales or experience preferred

• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Arabic or M andarin Chinese preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Call center: 4 years (Required)
• Customer service: 5 years (Required)
• Healthcare/Medical: 6 years (Required)
• Medical billing: 5 years (Required)
• Medical coding: 5 years (Required)
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
