Salary: $80,000 - 94,000 per year Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification, including one of the following: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP
• Linux Computing Environment (CE) Certification
• Windows Computing Environment (CE) Certification
• OSCP or GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certification
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of IT experience, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of IT experience
• Proven experience applying red team assessment techniques, tools, and methodologies
• Completion of recognized offensive security or red team training programs preferred: Red Team Apprentice, Offensive Methodology Analysis, Red Team Operations, or similar courses
• Proficiency in Python scripting or relevant Python certification
• Practical experience with Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Kali Linux

• Execute red team operations and offensive cyber assessments aligned with mission goals
• Mimic actual adversaries using sophisticated tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Discover, exploit, and document vulnerabilities in enterprise Linux and Windows systems
• Carry out penetration testing activities leveraging industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Create clear and actionable reports outlining findings, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations
• Work collaboratively with government stakeholders and internal teams to bolster cybersecurity measures
