Local Walmart Dedicated Driver – Home Daily – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! 
Location: Gordonsville, VA
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Position: Dedicated OTR Driver – Local Solo

What We Offer:

Sign-On Bonus ($2,500 Total)

• Home Daily: Local routes with consistent 48-hour resets (same 2 days off each week)
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 paid out over 180 days
• Top Weekly Pay: Over $1,500/week for top performers
• Average Weekly Pay: ~$1,300/week (after 90-day ramp-up with good attendance)
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop
• Slip Seat in Newer Day Cabs
• Ride-Along Pay: $50 per ride (3-4 required)
• On-site Training Pay: $125 for 1 day

Job Details:

• Freight Type: No-touch, live unload grocery freight (dry & refrigerated)
• Route Area: VA, NC, MD, PA, WV
• Miles/Week: 1,600–1,700 average
• Schedule: Afternoon/evening starts (between 12 PM–12 AM), 5 days on / 2 days off
• Equipment: Slip-seat operation with newer day cab tractors

Pay Breakdown:

Mileage Pay (Whichever is greater: mileage or band pay):

• 6 months–1 year: $0.57/mile
• 1–2 years: $0.58/mile
• 2–3 years: $0.59/mile
• 3–5 years: $0.60/mile
• 5–7 years: $0.61/mile
• 7–10 years: $0.62/mile
• 10+ years: $0.63/mile

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must have personal transportation to/from the distribution center daily
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work afternoons, nights, and long shifts (11–14 hours)
• Strong safety and customer service mindset
• Must be an active driver on the date any bonus is paid
