Job Description

As an Evening Cleaner with Aramark at Coppell ISD , you’ll be part of a team dedicated to keeping classrooms, hallways, and restrooms clean and ready for the next school day. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and finds purpose in creating welcoming spaces for students and teachers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, and hallways to district and Aramark standards.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas daily.

• Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners and ensure proper waste disposal.

• Clean sinks, toilets, and other restroom fixtures; restock restroom supplies.

• Maintain custodial closets, ensuring equipment and cleaning supplies are organized and secure.

Work Schedule

• Full-time evening shifts available:

  • 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

  • 4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.

Job Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
• Adaptable to guests’ needs

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
