We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, helping with a variety of tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage schedules and appointments for team members
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue and catering arrangements
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or administration preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
