Job Title:  Construction Foreman (Natural Gas Experience Required)

Compensation: We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Your New Job 

Job Summary:

Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Heavy Construction Foreman to join our team.

This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus on detail and safety.

• Must be able to perform physical labor.
• Manage a crew of up to 6 employees.
• Survey job sites for Bluestakes, sprinklers, other obstacles, etc. before digging.
• Understands and can read prints.
• Working as a team to complete tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Natural Gas Experience Required.
• Experience with Gas Mains and replacements.
• Experience on a Mini Excavator.
• Great decision-making ability.
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card will be required before eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Must have great communication skills.
• A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Class A CDL is a plus.
• Hardworking, honest, dependable, and some knowledge of construction would be helpful but not necessary.
