About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced   Clinical Director (BCBA)  to lead our Virginia Beach team. This is a key leadership position that combines clinical oversight with team development and strategic vision. You’ll guide and support a talented group of BCBAs and RBTs, foster a culture of clinical integrity and collaboration, and ensure every child receives care that’s individualized, ethical, and effective.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all clinical functions at the Virginia Beach clinic, ensuring high-quality, consistent ABA services
  
• Create, review, and refine treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices
  
• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to BCBAs and RBTs
  
• Evaluate client progress through data review and modify interventions as needed
  
• Build strong relationships with families to align therapy with home and life goals
  
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics, HIPAA regulations, and company policies
  
• Collaborate with leadership on clinic initiatives and contribute to company-wide goals
  

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  
• Active LBA license in Virginia (or eligibility)
  
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  
• Minimum 5 years of ABA experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  
• Proven ability to lead clinical teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism
  
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to individualized, ethical care
  
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
