Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of bridge construction from planning through completion

Manage crews, subcontractors, and project schedules for timely, on-budget delivery

Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders

Provide on-site leadership and mentorship to team members

Qualifications

5+ years of bridge construction experience (supervisory experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, DOT specifications, safety regulations, and project management

Proven leadership and communication skills

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications

Relevant certifications or a degree in construction management/civil engineering is a plus

Candidates should have experience with pile driving, concrete forming and placement, cofferdam construction, steel erection, and bridge demolition.
