🚗 What You’ll Be Doing:Mastering our proven sales process from prospecting to delivery
Making 50+ outbound sales calls per day to drive business
Presenting and demonstrating new and pre-owned inventory to customers
Building strong relationships and turning buyers into loyal clients
Staying up to date on new products, incentives, and training
Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including 12+ units per month
Maintaining high CSI scores and delivering a top-tier customer experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A team-player mindset with a drive to win
Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Average Sales associates earn over $85,000/year
