Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a Contract-to-ongoing basis. Location: Remote Type: Part-Time Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoice verification, vendor billing reconciliation, and accounts payable workflows. You will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, ensuring accuracy in vendor payments, and maintaining financial records in QuickBooks Desktop and Salesforce. Experience using QuickBooks Desktop and Salesforce are must have requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities: + Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness. + Match vendor invoices with billing records in Salesforce. + Process payments and ensure timely disbursements. + Maintain organized financial records and documentation. + Use QuickBooks Desktop for accounts payable data entry and tracking. + Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies. + Cross-check Salesforce data to confirm which invoices have been billed and verified. Requirements Requirements: + Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role. + Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Salesforce. + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
