As we expand our team, we’re seeking a versatile Accounting & Data Analyst to oversee financial operations while enhancing our purchasing, inventory, and data infrastructure.

Position Summary:

In this hybrid accounting and analytics role, you will manage financial records, ensure GAAP compliance, and support strategic decision-making with actionable insights. You’ll work across teams from leadership to supply chain to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Perform account analysis and maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments.

• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Assist in financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Interpret financial reports for management review and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Experience

• Proven experience in financial accounting and account analysis.

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and bank reconciliation.

• Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret complex financial reports effectively.

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members.

  Compensation: 
  $70,000-90,000 Depending on Experience
